1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vb8cam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the vb8cam website, mobile site, or any associated application, and by registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the vb8cam platform. vb8cam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to vb8cam is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted for your personal use.
• You are not a registered self-excluded player on vb8cam or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of vb8cam.

vb8cam employs age verification procedures at registration and during Know Your Customer ("KYC") reviews. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To use the vb8cam platform, you must register a single account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. vb8cam may request updated information at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the vb8cam platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, vb8cam reserves the right to close all related accounts, void any associated bets and bonuses, and confiscate any resulting balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vb8cam will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and identity verification requirements.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vb8cam currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at vb8cam's sole discretion. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

4.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, deposit refund, and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for Rocket and Upay may vary. vb8cam reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method and account from which the original deposit was made, unless otherwise approved in writing by the vb8cam compliance team.

4.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposit and withdrawal methods. These limits are displayed in the account dashboard at the time of the transaction. vb8cam reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory and payment-partner requirements.

4.5 Refused Transactions

vb8cam reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other regulatory concern. In such cases, the Platform will notify you as promptly as permitted by applicable compliance obligations.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

vb8cam offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms will take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting) will be detailed in the specific promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vb8cam actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or zero-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting"), using bets of opposing outcomes across multiple accounts to offset risk (hedging), and collusion with other players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, vb8cam reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close affected accounts, and withhold balances pending investigation.

5.4 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. Full eligibility criteria, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, and time limits are published on the promotions page and in the individual offer documentation. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per individual, household, device, or shared IP address.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the vb8cam platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that product, as published within the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. vb8cam reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, or where the bet was facilitated by a technical malfunction.

6.2 Sports Betting

vb8cam offers sports betting markets including, but not limited to, cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the Platform, the odds are locked for that bet. Settlement of all sports bets will follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

6.3 Casino and Live Games

Casino games including slots, live tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others), and crash games are supplied by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems or by live dealers operating under studio surveillance. vb8cam does not modify any game's payout percentage from the provider's certified settings.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all products. These limits are displayed on the game or betting interface at the time of placing a wager. vb8cam reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account where irregular betting patterns are detected.

6.5 Disconnection and Technical Faults

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a live game or open bet, the Platform's server-side records will be used as the definitive record of the game state and outcome. vb8cam is not liable for losses arising from connection failures on the player's end. Where a game cannot be completed due to a Platform-side fault, the relevant stake will be refunded to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vb8cam platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds from a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches knowingly. Any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward vb8cam staff or other players via support channels.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

8 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering

vb8cam is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") obligations. As part of this commitment, we operate a comprehensive KYC programme that may require players to submit identity and address verification documents at any stage of their account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing withdrawals, and during routine compliance reviews.

Required documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number and name). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, display, or commercially exploit any content from the vb8cam platform without prior written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb8cam and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical errors outside the Platform's control; losses arising from decisions made based on inaccurate odds or game information resulting from a data feed error; interruption of service due to maintenance, cyberattack, or force majeure events; or any other matter relating to your use of the vb8cam platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vb8cam is incorporated. In the event of a dispute between you and vb8cam arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through vb8cam's internal complaints procedure. To raise a complaint, contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. vb8cam will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, you may seek resolution through applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction. vb8cam's decision on all betting and gaming disputes, in the absence of a demonstrable Platform-side error, shall be final.

13 Amendments to These Terms

vb8cam reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, vb8cam will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 3.4.
